Privacy notice

What we collect

When you complete a Discovery or apply for early access we collect the details you enter: your name, work email, company, role, company size, country, and your answers about how work happens in your organisation. We also record basic campaign information (such as UTM parameters and referring page) where present.

Why we collect it

• To produce your Discovery Snapshot.
• To follow up with you about the problem you described, if you have asked us to.
• To understand, in aggregate, the kinds of operational problems organisations face, so we can build a better product.

How it is used

Your answers are processed by structured rules and, to write the short reflection in your snapshot, by an AI language model. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. Access to submissions is limited to the Brilliant Quest team.

Your snapshot link

Each snapshot has a private, hard-to-guess link. Anyone you share the link with can view the snapshot, which does not include your contact details.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not currently set advertising cookies. We record simple interaction events (for example, starting a discovery) to understand how the site is used. Your in-progress discovery answers are saved in your own browser so you can continue later; clearing site data removes them.

Retention and deletion

We keep submissions for as long as they are useful for following up and learning, and delete them on request. To ask for a copy or deletion of your information, email selfbbu@gmail.com.
